The study of specialized disciplines of the Cycle commission is obligatory for all specialties and gives personal hardening and cohesiveness to the military collective. Both an individual serviceman and any military unit must be effective on the battlefield, perform the task set by the commander in a timely and high-quality manner. Thanks to the study of academic disciplines of the Cycle commission, future defenders become physically hardened and master survival skills, and they become junior commanders.
