We invite you to take part in the IІI International Scientific and Technical Conference “Systems and technologies of communication, informatization and cyber security: Current issues and development trends” on November 30, 2023, Site Conference.

Discussion of actual problems and ways of organizing effective international scientific and technical cooperation in the field of state defense, assistance to scientific research in Ukraine and exchange of experience between scientists in the field of communication systems and technology, informatization and cybersecurity.

1. The format of the event is  remote, in video conference mode on the Google Meet. By the link: https:// meet.google.com/tdy-tyzh-pwm

2. Working languages of the conference: Ukrainian, English (translators are not provided).

3. Participation in the conference is free.

4. To each participant. A certificate and a collection of theses of the reports in PDF format will be sent to those who will give a report at the plenary or breakout sessions.

1. Application for participation in the conference in electronic form.

2. Reports (Theses) that have scientific relevance and are designed in accordance with the requirements are sent in electronic form (.docx format file) through the Google form for filling out in the application by the link: https://forms.gle/Gtu1FzvWfexAvyyW7 or by за QR-code.

Theses of the report should be submitted to the scientific and organizational department by November 10, 2023.

3. Act of examination on the possibility of open publication (file in PDF format submitted during registration).

4. Certificate of the results of checking for the academic plagiarism of the manuscript to comply with the academic integrity of the report (thesis of the report) (file in PDF format submitted during registration). The theses of the reports will be published in a separate edition and placed in PDF format on the website of the scientific publication of the Institute.

1. Abstracts of reports are accepted in electronic form, the short name of the file is up to 20 characters- the last name of the first author, the short name of the thesis (for example "Derkach V. Methods of protection").

2. Reports should be up to eight pages of text, abstracts of the report – one or two pages (must be full) in A4 format, typed in Ukrainian in the Microsoft Word editor in Times New Roman font, letter size 12 points, style – normal (normal), line spacing – 1 (the list of used sources should not be indicated).

Changes in the scope of abstracts are possible by agreement with the Organizing Committee.

Reports (theses) that do not meet the requirements or sent late will not be considered.

3. The Organizing Committee decides on the compliance of reports the (abstracts) with the requirements.

4. The Organizing Committee has the right to make adjustments to the editorial plan.

5. Page parameters: the size of the fields: left – 2.0 cm, right – 2.0 cm, top – 2.0 cm, bottom – 2.0 cm.

6. In the upper right corner (regular font, without italics and underlines): scientific degree, surname and initials of the authors, abbreviated name of the organization.

7. The title of the report is printed in capital letters, the font is bold, without italics and underlines, in the center of the sheet, without hyphenation, and separated from the text by one free line at the top and bottom.
