MITIT cyber specialists took part in the competition INCIDENT RESPONSE DAYS

Recently, the Cyber Response Day 2.0 event was held, which brought together the best cybersecurity experts. The best cybersecurity specialists of the Kruty Heroes Military Institute of Telecommunications and Information Technology also took part in this event.

The Military Institute was represented at the competition by two teams, each of which consisted of cadets, under the guidance of the cybersecurity department's teachers. The tasks at the CTF were aimed at investigating cyber incidents and required in-depth knowledge and high-level skills from the participants.

Despite the strong competition of 15 teams, the teams from the Military Institute excelled, taking fifth and sixth place respectively. For most of the cyber SEALs, this time it was their debut, as it was their first experience of participating in the CTF. Nevertheless, they demonstrated an impressive level of training and readiness for the challenges of modern cyberspace. This result is a testament to the high professionalism of both the cadets and their mentors, the teachers of the CyberSecurity Department.

The teams were able to gain new experience and improve their skills, and were awarded according to the quality and speed of solving the tasks. "INCIDENT RESPONSE DAYS 2023 has become an important event for the cybersecurity community in the IT industry.
