Improving the qualifications of English language teachers at a military institute: experience in Germany

In accordance with the Order of the Head of the Kruty Heroes Military Institute of Telecommunications and Information Technology, the representative of the Military Institute (Deputy Head of the Department of Foreign Languages V. Dovhanets) participated in the career development course for English language lecturers “English Teaching Faculty Development Workshop” on the basis of the Partner Language Training Center Europe (PLTCE), the GEORGE C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Federal Republic of Germany in the period from September 12th to September 21st, 2023.

The visit of the Ukrainian side was carried out in order to get acquainted with modern methods and practices of teaching a foreign language in the military environment: development of speaking and writing skills of military servicemen.
